Well, I am back.
Yeah, I didn't die or anything. I am still here, this whole being quarantined inside thing has taken a toll on me for sure. Yeah, I could've been more creative and actually written about hockey. I could've wrote about the Oilers plans for the off season! Or how about three years ago yesterday the Oilers beat the Sharks in the 1st round of the playoffs! Good times!
Sure there is a sliver of hope that the season won't be cancelled but realistically this season is over and we have to try and accept that. Its sad that it has happened but it is something we have to take and move on because the alternative is not great.
Covid-19 has stopped everything in its tracks but we have to do what is right and flatten this curve. Not have 4 central locations for games. (I will get to that in a later blog)
These are things that I didn't come to grips with until this morning. We will get better, we will get sports back and things will go back to normal. We just have to accepty that it might not be for a little bit.
Now lets get back into writing things hey!
