Oh Captain, My Captain!

Guess who's back? Back again? Connor's back! Tell a friend! After a 6 game hiatus, Connor McDavid is back vs the Kings tonight!

RNH - Draisaitl - Yamamoto

Gagner - McDavid - Chiasson

Benson - Sheahan - Archibald

Khaira - Haas - P. Russell

Nurse - Bear

Jones - Larsson

Lagesson - Benning

There hasn't been an official word on who is starting yet but I would put my money on Smith getting the nod tonight. Also if you are on the side of the Oilers not getting wing help for McDavid you are a nut job. Him playing with Alex Chiasson and Sam Gagner is a joke. I like Gagner but more of a 3rd or 4th line role.

KINGS LINEUP:

Iafallo - Kopitar - Brown

Kempe - Vilardi - Frk

Moore - Lizotte - Wagner

Prokhorkin - Amadio - Lewis

Forbort - Doughty

Roy - Hutton

Macdermid - Walker

Peterson

Tim Schaller was put on waivers so it is safe to assume that Prokhorkin will draw in. This is a team you HAVE to take advantage of. Playing on a back to back. Just played Colorado and took them to a shootout so they will be feeling good about themselves.

TRADE DEADLINE:

Ya I have mentioned it before, this team needs something for that McDavid line. It is tomorrow so who do you think the Oilers should target? Tatar? Kovi? Andreas Athanasiou? David Ayres?

Let me know! Also read my thoughts about the deadline here.
